We’re committed to providing you with a professional, relaxing experience. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for all clients and staff, please review our booking policies below:Appointments* All services are by appointment only.
* Book online or in person
* A valid credit card may be required to reserve your appointment.Cancellation Policy* We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
* Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
* No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.Late Arrivals* If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid disrupting other clients.
* Full service fees still apply for shortened appointments.Deposits* A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required for select services or for new clients. This will go toward your final balance.Refunds* We do not offer refunds on services. If you're unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.Health & Safety* Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions.
